Eastman heirs battle over trust

NEW YORK. A New York state court has refused to dismiss objections to the settlement of a trust created by the collector Lee Eastman, which held $60m worth of art among its assets (The Art Newspaper, February, p42). Both had children from their first marriages and it is these heirs who are at loggerheads. M.L
