Kim Sajet to lead America's National Portrait Gallery

Kim Sajet will be the new director of the National Portrait Gallery (NPG), Washington, DC, the Smithsonian Institution has announced. Due to start in April, she is currently the chief executive of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. After Martin Sullivan’s departure as the NPG's director, Wendy Wick Reaves, the gallery’s curator of prints and drawings, acted as interim director.
