I always visit the Gary Nader Art Centre, and it was a pleasure for me to show a selection of 100 works from my collection in his gallery this year—the exhibition was even extended due to its attendance levels.
A “secret” Florida art venue:
It was a surprise the first time I visited the Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach. It has an outstanding permanent collection, featuring masterpieces of the 19th and 20th centuries, photography, painting and sculpture, American art, Chinese art and European art, as well as contemporary work. I highly recommend it.
My favourite place to eat:
Zuma is great. I always find a way to go there when I’m in town; not just because I’m a fan of modern Japanese-style dishes, but because the food is exquisite and it has a vibrant environment.
My favourite place for a drink:
The Setai is one of my favourites—it is located on the promenade that lines the beach. It has a calm, sophisticated and hushed atmosphere and, of course, a notable cocktail and wine list.
My favourite leisure activity:
I have to travel a lot, so when I have some time to relax in Miami, I go to the spa at the Four Seasons hotel.
