Straw in all his glory

Nice to see that the expenses scandal involving UK MPs has not stopped Secretary of State for Justice Jack Straw having a portrait commissioned by the London barristers’ organisation, the In­ner Temple, of which he is a member. Emma Wesley, whose work is in Lon­don’s Nat­ional Portrait Gallery, has apparently landed the job. Mr Straw’s likeness will hang on the more modest walls of the Inner Temple.
