VIP preview tour of Collect Art Fair
To stand a chance of winning one of ten tickets to attend a VIP tour of the Collect Art Fair with The Art Newspaper’s contemporary art correspondent Louisa Buck, subscribers are invited to complete a short questionnaire before 11pm (GMT) on 31 January 2022. Submission is open only to those with a current paid subscription to The Art Newspaper.

Collect Art Fair VIP Tour: Terms and Conditions
By submitting the completed questionnaire, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed with The Art Newspaper Collect Art Fair VIP Tour Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
The Draw is open to the paid subscribers of The Art Newspaper aged 18 years or over. Subscriptions must be active as of 26 January 2022 and have more than one month to run until the renewal date. One entry per subscriber.
To take part in the Draw, entrants should complete the questionnaire for subscribers.
Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, The Art Newspaper will check the status of your subscription and inform you by email if, according to our records, you are not eligible to take part in the Draw because you do not comply with Rule 1 of the Draw Terms.
No employees or contributors to The Art Newspaper or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Draw will be eligible to take part in the Draw.
Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 1 February 2022.
There will be ten winners in the Draw. The prize is a ticket to attend the VIP preview tour of the Collect Art Fair on the 23 February 2022 at Somerset House in London.

Winners will be notified by email before 2 February 2022, using the email address provided in the subscriber’s questionnaire.
The winners will be responsible for paying their travel to the art fair and accommodation.
The Art Newspaper accept no responsibility for any damage, liabilities, loss, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by Prize Draw entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
The Art Newspaper shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The winner will be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in The Art Newspaper and on the website www.theartnewspaper.com. The winner agrees that in claiming their prize they consent to their personal data being used for this purpose.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Art Newspaper treats its customers’ personal data very respectfully; we will only use the data submitted on entering into the Draw in accordance with the terms of The Art Newspaper’s Privacy Policy. Personal data supplied during the course of the Draw may be passed on to third-party suppliers only as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English Law.
