The Tate in London has announced the four finalists for this year’s Turner Prize, its annual £25,000 award for British artists under 50. Three are graduates of the Glasgow School of Art: Duncan Campbell, who represented Scotland at the 2013 Venice Biennale, Ciara Phillips, a Canadian-born print-media artist, and the performance artist Tris Vonna-Michell. James Richards has also been nominated, for his video installation at Venice last year. Works by Richards and Campbell are on view with Artists Space (A17) at Frieze New York.
