When I try to log-in the system does not recognise my email address and displays the message “User does not exist“.

Please be aware that our system is case-sensitive. Kindly double check that your email is entered accurately, matching the case used during the sign-up process. If the error persists, or you’re not sure which email address you used to register when you signed up, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “User doesn’t exist” and the following information:

  • - What username have you used?
  • - Are you using the App or website?
  • - Which version of your operating system are you using (iOS/Windows/Android)
  • - What device are you using?

If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

When I try to log-in I see the error message “Wrong Username or password”.

Please check the spelling of your password carefully. If you’ve used copy and paste, please avoid copying any additional characters, including spaces. If the error persists, try resetting your password using the following link - Forgot password. If you’re still unable to log in despite following these steps, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Wrong password” and the following information:

  • - What username have you used?
  • - Are you using the App or website?
  • - Which version of your operating system are you using (iOS/Windows/Android)
  • - What device are you using?

If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

The ‘Log in’ button isn’t working.

If after entering the username and the password, the login button remains inactive, try entering the password again manually. Hover over the login button and click on it, even if it still appears to be light grey.

If the error persists, clear your cache and cookies only for The Art Newspaper website and try logging in again. Please see the attached link for instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies.

I am a subscriber but I am seeing an error message telling me I have reached my free article limit.

Ensure you’re correctly logged in to your account. If the error persists, please send us an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line "Limit of Articles" and indicate your subscription type (print or digital), what device you are using (desktop, iPad etc) and browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

I can’t access the ePapers.

If you see the error message ‘xml file does not appear’ or if you simply cannot access the ePaper section, try clearing your browsing data showing the following address - http://epaper.theartnewspaper.com/ and retry the ePaper section.

Issues with The Art Newspaper app.

If you’ve subscribed via The Art Newspaper app and are experiencing any issues with your payment or would like to update your billing information, please contact Apple Support (iOS) or the Google Play Help Centre (Android).

How do I change or reset my password?

To change your password click on Profile (either to the right or beneath the Art Newspaper logo at the top of the website), click on your email address and then click “Change Password”. You will then be sent an email with a link to enable you to set a new password.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Email Address”. If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

How do I change payment information?

To update your payment information, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Payment Information”. If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email. A member of our customer team will contact you to enable you to change your details.

How do I update my delivery address?

To update your delivery address, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Delivery Address”. If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

Can I update my subscription package?

If you’d like to update your subscription package, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Update Subscription” If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

If you wish to cancel, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription”. If you have it to hand please include your Art Newspaper account number in your email.

How do I get a payment receipt?

To get a payment receipt for your Print & Digital subscription, please send an email to customercare@theartnewspaper.com with subject line “Payment receipt”.
