Not quite heaven scent

What’s that musky, magical, desert smell? It’s Marfa, a new perfume inspired by the remote Texan retreat where the artist Donald Judd founded the Chinati Foundation in 1986. The French company Memo has created a scent using oil of mandarin, tuberose absolute and white musk, among other ingredients. “There will be mystery, the infinite hidden behind the décor, silence beneath the cacti,” a statement says. “Guided by the final gleam of ylang, you take vanilla’s hand. Here, your life is a storybook. Marfa: your theatre, your poem, your creation, your invention.” Or your way of covering up BO.
