After marrying a stone in the south of France last summer, a source close to the UK artist Tracey Emin says she is now making plans to expand her family further by adopting a beautiful pile of pebbles from the scenic coastal town of Margate, where she grew up. "None of this is set in stone yet," Emin says of the adoption, but she adds that her French partner is being very supportive. "He’s my rock.”
