  • Thaddeus Ropac, who has galleries in London, Paris and Salzburg, has been coming to Abu Dhabi Art since it began nine years ago. We spoke to him just after he flew in from Shanghai, where the gallery is also participating in the ART021 fair, about emerging art markets and the development of the UAE art scene.
  • The curator and founding director of the art gallery at New York University Abu Dhabi, Maya Allison, talks about the working in the UAE's art scene and organising Abu Dhabi's Gateway section, which is draws parallels between Emirati and international artists.
  • We share an excerpt from a performance by the Silver Lion-winning Egyptian artist and musician Hassan Khan, who performed at this year's Abu Dhabi Art won the Silver Lion for “Promising Young Artist” at the Venice Biennale this year.
