What's On: Giacometti's output fully represented in exhibition at Paris's Musée d'Art Modern de la Ville

Open until 15 March, the show may serve as an introduction to the sculptor for a post-war generation unfamiliar with his legacy

Paris’s last major encounter with Giacometti was at the Orangerie in 1969. Until 15 March, the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville is showing 320 of his drawings, paintings and sculpture. The museum’s director, Suzanne Pagé told The Art Newspaper that the show is aimed at a post war generation which possibly does not know him well.
