The Frankfurt Book Fair and the Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM), Frankfurt, have chosen Elements of Venice by Giulia Foscari, published by Lars Müller as one of the top 10 architectural books published in 2014. It was reviewed in The Art Newspaper by Joseph Rykwert (December 2014, p71). The 178 entries were judged by Cornelia Mechler (the chief editor, Scheidegger & Spiess publishers), Christian Huther (architectural critic), Mario Lorenz (designer), Petra Gerschner (photographer), Alexander Sahm (the Frankfurt manager of Alexander Sahm booksellers) and Marietta Andreas (the chairwoman of the Friends of the DAM). The award was presented at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October.
