Also in New York, James Cohan now represents Mernet Larsen, with her first solo exhibition scheduled to open on 22 January at the gallery’s new Lower East Side space (until 20 February). Bruce Silverstein now represents Penelope Umbrico and her new exhibition, Silvery Light, is due to open at the 535 West 24th Street gallery on 7 January (until 20 February). The London gallery Tiwani Contemporary now represents the photographer Délio Jasse, while the Portuguese sculptor and painter Ascânio MMM is now represented by the Brazilian gallery Casa Triângulo. Hauser & Wirth added another artist estate to its roster with the exclusive worldwide representation of the sculptor David Smith.
