Catinca Tabacaru Gallery has transformed its New York space into an Orthodox Christian chapel for an exhibition called Devotion (until 17 January 2016). The show includes contemporary ritual objects—wall paintings and a rood screen, which separates a church’s nave from the choir—as well as 17th- and 18th-century icons.
